Facilities for masterclasses that turn learning skills into a unique experience
In order to fully develop or learn new skills in a masterclass, you not only need to listen to the information presented, but also actively engage in practical activities. Therefore, the participants’ satisfaction with the event does not only depend on the content of the workshop or the trainer, but also on the setting. In the Park of the Future, the facilities for workshops provide the opportunity to actively use both comfortable indoor spaces and landscaped outdoor areas.

What makes the masterclass rooms special?
The most suitable spaces for workshops are those that provide both comfort and full functionality for the chosen activity, and an inspiring atmosphere for creative expression. They should:
- the possibility to freely adapt the furniture to different activity formats;
- technical facilities available for presentations and demonstrations of tasks;
- good lighting;
- comfortable seating areas between activities.
Access to the outdoors and the opportunity to incorporate it into the workshop process adds value, as a scenic environment helps participants to get away from the daily routine, relax and be inspired by new ideas. Future Park offers all these opportunities for workshops.

How many different thematic workshops can be organised in Future Park?
The Future Park has a helipad overlooking the Future Wings helipad, which provides a particularly inspiring backdrop for the Masterclasses. As well as a fully furnished indoor space of 100 m2 with a small kitchen area, the terrace and landscaped outdoor space are also available for practical classes. The park can therefore be used for workshops on a wide range of topics, such as:
- Creative masterclasses with classes in painting, floristry, handicrafts or jewellery making;
- Small cooking masterclasses with tastings and demonstrations;
- Masterclasses in wellbeing and self-growth with yoga, meditation, art therapy and other activities;
- Educational masterclasses combining theoretical knowledge with creative or practical tasks;
- Team-building workshops that combine active learning with fun.

How many masterclasses can take place?
Workshops can vary greatly, not only in terms of topics but also in terms of the number of participants. From small classes for a few enthusiasts to large events for dozens of participants, each workshop format requires a different approach to room set-up and technical support. The Future Park Masterclass rooms offer a flexible environment for events of different scales and can accommodate up to 50-70 participants.
Small masterclasses
Workshops with no more than 5-15 participants are most often organised for activities related to arts, crafts and handicrafts. This format requires each participant to have a personal workspace and close contact with the trainer. In order to create a calm and focused working atmosphere in which small groups can fully immerse themselves in the learning of skills, it is also important to provide additional space for the placement of materials and necessary aids and to allow free movement between work stations. The future of the park’s spacious workshop facilities allows for just such an environment.
Medium Masterclasses
Masterclasses usually bring together 15-30 participants for cooking, team-building and other creative activities. These workshops require the flexibility and convenience of changing the layout of the room, using tables and chairs to create separate areas for active group work and for following the instructor’s presentation or demonstration. The outdoor space in the Future Park can also be used for workshops, providing even more opportunities for creative or sporting activities.
Great masterclasses
Well-attended workshops, which can typically attract 30-70 participants, are based on demonstrations by the trainer and individual practical tasks to be completed in teams or groups of participants. This format requires good audio and video equipment to ensure that all participants can hear and see the workshop equally well. In addition, it should be noted that large workshops can be held in a hybrid format with participants joining online. The rooms for masterclasses in Future Park are equipped with both a stable internet connection and high quality technical equipment such as projectors, screens and sound equipment.

Questions and answers
The adventure and inspiration place “Future Park” is a 50-hectare area where families with children, groups of friends and colleagues, lovers and lovers of life, as well as everyone who loves a good rest will have an exciting time.
Why include the outdoors in the masterclass?
Incorporating outdoor space into the event, through group activities or recreational opportunities, creates a more varied and dynamic experience. Changing the environment helps to keep participants focused, better interact with each other and creatively solve challenges. This planning approach can therefore not only broaden the content of the workshop, but also make it an emotionally vivid event that will be remembered for a long time to come. The joint use of indoor and outdoor spaces is particularly useful in workshops for creativity, self-development and team-building.
What does the landscaped outdoor space of Nākotne Park offer?
Although the workshop rooms open onto an outdoor terrace, the Future Park’s landscaped apple orchard, with dozens of historic apple trees, can also be chosen as a venue for the hands-on workshops. The apple orchard, planted during the former collective farm Future, covers an area of approximately 7 hectares and now offers visitors well-equipped seating and picnic areas with shelters, swings, hammocks and benches. The peaceful atmosphere of the garden is suitable for yoga and meditation classes, games and tastings.
How and when to book the Future Park rooms for workshops?
The park’s event spaces are available for pre-booking all year round. However, in the spring and autumn seasons, book as far in advance as possible – at least 1-2 months before the planned date of the event. During the booking process, it is also possible to discuss the desired room layout and the necessary technical equipment.
