Blossom fest in Future Park
The month of May is one of the most beautiful times in Nākotne Park – the apple orchard is in full bloom. We invite you to the Blossom Fest, where there will be music, activities, a market, caterers and a beautiful festive atmosphere for the whole family!

About the event:
On 16 May from 12:00 to 20:00 in Nākotnes Park – Blossoming fest. Mid-May is when the apple orchard is in full bloom and the whole area turns into a bright, fragrant and amazingly beautiful environment. It is at this time that we would like to invite visitors to enjoy the Future Park in a relaxed festive atmosphere, combining nature, music, activities and the joy of being together.
The Blossom Fest is a family-friendly event where everyone can find something to do – whether it’s relaxing in nature or getting active. During the event, there will be a market and caterers, activities for children, a musical programme and a special opportunity to take part in a creative masterclass.
What to expect?
Visitors will be able to take part in a variety of activities suited to the interests of different ages. Children will especially enjoy the mini zoo, face painting, inflatable attractions and the IGLU brick tent, while the more active can try tree climbing under the supervision of an arborist or go horseback riding.
In addition to the activities, there will also be a market for home producers and craftsmen, where you can buy products from local producers, as well as caterers with snacks, hot food and drinks. This will allow you to spend a relaxed time in the park, enjoying both the environment and the offer of the event.
A special musical programme will set the mood throughout the day. The Jelgava County Music and Art School ensemble “ForTune”, Julija Mayer, pianist Artūrs Robalds, as well as Žoržs Siksna will take the stage at the end of the evening.
During the event, you will also have the opportunity to take part in Aija Prince’s painting masterclass, which will take place from 13:00 to 15:00. It will be a chance to get creative and create your own spring-inspired work. The fee for the workshop is EUR 20. Places are limited, so advance booking is required:

Tickets for the Giving Fest will be available on the day of the event and for pre-sale. If you buy tickets in advance, you will not only get a better price, but also a festival bonus on top of every ticket!

There will also be a market during the Blossom Fest, so please register your interest in being part of this spring event in Future Park. We would be delighted to hear from home producers and craftspeople, as well as vendors selling delicacies and other interesting items, all of which fit into the family, tasteful and spring-like atmosphere.
